WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT
Circleworks accepts payments via cash & EFT only.
We do not accept cheques.
Please note – where applicable cash transactions are rounded to the closest $0.05, as per the ACCC guidelines.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?
Circleworks is not set up to accept credit card payments at this time.

WHAT ARE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS?
Circleworks’ bank account details are outlined on our invoices.

DO THE BUNDLES OF PACKAGED HOURS EXPIRE?
The bundles of packaged hours do not expire.
They are also not refundable; you cannot receive your money back for unused hours,
so it is important that you select your bundle carefully before purchasing.

DO YOU PROVIDE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTS?
Circleworks has the utmost respect for its clients’ privacy.
For this reason all clients are issued with a Confidentiality Agreement before any discussions take place.
This agreement is Circleworks’ assurance to the client that any personal and/or sensitive information disclosed to Circleworks will be kept confidential and will never be shared with any third party.

WHAT IF IT DOESN'T TAKE A FULL HOUR TO COMPLETE THE WORK?
Circleworks only charge for the time it takes to complete the task.
If it only takes us 43 minutes to complete the task you will be charged as follows:
($60hr / 60min) x 43 mins = $43.00

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL TIME?
In certain instances Circleworks do charge for travel time.

IS CIRCLEWORKS REGISTERED FOR GST?
Circleworks is not currently registered for GST.
Subsequently all listed pricing states ‘No GST applicable’ and our invoices will not say ‘tax invoice’, they will only say ‘invoice’.

WHAT ARE 'OUT-OF-POCKET' EXPENSES?
Out of pocket expenses are any costs other than Circleworks’ hourly rate.
FOR EXAMPLE:
stationery for mail outs
paper for photocopying
purchase of domain names
web hosting fees
registration/subscription fees
postage & couriers
booking fees
phone calls on your behalf

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Circleworks’ payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of invoice.
Invoices are emailed to clients unless otherwise arranged.
Late payments incur a 5% fee.

DO YOU ONLY WORK REMOTELY?
Circleworks is a flexible service. Sometimes we have to come to you/your office/your home in order to complete the task we are engaged to do. Often we complete our work remotely using cloud based technology such as email, Skype and Dropbox etc.

DO YOU WORK ON WEEKENDS?
As a general rule Circleworks is not available on weekends.
However, special requests for assistance on a Saturday will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and will incur a 25% surcharge.
Circleworks is not available on Sundays.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT VALUE REMAINS IN MY BUNDLED HOURS?
If you have purchased a bundled package we will send you a statement of hours used and value remaining.
These statements are issued at the completion of each task you engage Circleworks to undertake.
