PRICING EXPLAINED
Circleworks offers three pricing options as outlined below.
OPTION 1
BY THE HOUR
Pay by the hour, and only for the time it takes to complete the work.
FOR EXAMPLE
If you have a small one-off task that only takes Circleworks 27 minutes to complete you will be charged as follows:
($60hr / 60mins) x 27mins = $27.00
BY THE HOUR
- What you need, when you need it.
- Rate: $60/hr.
- No GST applicable.
- Pay only for what you use.
- Excludes out-of-pocket expenses.
- Plus travel time (if applicable).

OPTION 2
BUNDLED PACKAGES
Pre-purchase a bundle of hours that can be used at your leisure.
The more hours you purchase, the cheaper the hourly rate becomes (to a maximum of 40 hours).
You still only pay for the time it takes to complete the task.
FOR EXAMPLE
If you’ve paid for 10 hours up front at a reduced rate of $57.50/hr and then asked Circleworks to undertake some work that only takes us 1 hour and 47 minutes to complete, you will be charged as follows:
($57.50hr / 60mins) x 107mins = $102.55
…and you still have $472.45 of value remaining in your pre-purchased bundled of hours!
5 HOURS
- Pre-purchased bundle of 5 hours.
- Rate: $60/hr.
- No GST applicable.
- Pay only for what you use.
- Excludes out-of-pocket expenses.
- Plus travel time (if applicable).
